Manufacturing Process
First Step:Get raw materials(wood fiber,HDPE,additive)ready.
Second step:Mix all the rawmaterials together andstore them in a silo.
Third step:Extrude themixed pellets to WPCproducts.
Fourth step:Emboss thewood grain on the surface.
Fifth step:Surface treatment including sanding and cutting.
Sixth step:Pack the products and store properly
